The first step is thorough preparation.
The Second Step is making a smooth takeoff.
Meet your Microdose Co-pilot, Cris Beasley
By her 36th birthday, Cris had filled up a passport traveling on corporate expense accounts and raised half a million dollars in the course of starting two companies. Confident that she was ready to take on the world, she then burned her company to the ground and had to put the entire last payroll for her employees on a personal credit card.
When Cris does something she does it intensely, so when the overachiever habits had her crash hard, she crashed intensely hard.
To put herself back together, she had to find things that actually worked. Antidepressants helped for a time, but then the effectiveness diminished and the old gremlins returned. It was time to do something different. Cris turned her laser focus to practices and medicines that reconnect the heart, body, and mind. Psychedelic medicines were a turning point in her journey, and she went on to guide others in their journey back to being themselves.
She unites pragmatic reality with the slippery poetry of the human essence.
In addition to the companies she founded, Cris spent two decades in tech working for biggies such as Sequoia Capital and Mozilla. She’s trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, Hatha Yogic Tantra, and has done workshops in somatic trauma release with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score, and Dr. Peter Levine. Her work has been featured in The Atlantic Magazine, The Verge, and Forbes.
